Supply Chain Supervisor

Responsibilities

• The position will work on inventory management data analyze to capture quality deviations and work to correct them.
• Work on quality issues investigation based on customer complaints, audit findings and strong quality data analyze.
• Support leadership related with quality deviation communication and required data.
• Implement best practices and bring innovation for inventory management work process LATAM.
• When requested, work with business and marketing team in actions and projects related with seed quality.
• Coordinate Supply Chain projects, applying methodology in order to guarantee success implementation and sustainability.

Requirements

• A graduate or post graduate degree in Supply chain management or related field.
• Prior work experience in supply chain management in Chemical/ Agrochemicals/ Agriscience industry preferable.
• Experience in industry-specific software programs is necessary.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reports presentation is essential.
• English proficiency.
• Travel availability (the position will require frequent travels).

Additional Information

The Supply Chain Supervisor is a strategic position for LATAM that requires technical background as agronomy or similar and seed production knowledge, which can be based in Salto or Venado Tuerto (Argentina) or Guadalajara (Mexico).
