Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of Advanced EMT or Paramedic experience within a busy 911 response environment
- Ability to work on-site within a remote island healthcare setting for extended rotations with a valid passport maintained throughout assignment
- U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain and maintain required background eligibility for site access
- Preferred
- Experience in urgent care, emergency department, or remote healthcare settings
- Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) training
- Military medical experience as a Corpsman, Combat Medic, Aerospace Medical Service Specialist, or equivalent clinical role
- BLS instructor certification
