Marketing & Content Creation Intern

Requirements

• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3-6 months
• Currently pursuing or owned a Degree in Mass Communications, Mass Media Management, Marketing or a related field
• Knowledge in design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
• Knowledge in utilising AI tools for graphic and video generation is a plus point
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and participating in video and livestream content
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication in English

Social Media Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging content (TikTok, Instagram, XHS etc.) to elevate our brand presence and drives virality TikTok Livestream Management: Plan, set up, and assist in managing/hosting TikTok livestreams to drive audience engagement and community building Influencer & Partnership Relations: Assist in scouting, shortlisting and managing relationships with influencers, live hosts and partners Campaign Execution: Support the conceptualization and execution of marketing/branding campaigns such as events, promotions, and in-store activities Ad-hoc Support: Assist the team through other day-to-day administrative and operational duties as needed What You Will Learn End-to-End Social Media Mastery: Gain deep insights into developing winning social media strategies across multiple platforms Live Commerce Experience: Learn the intricacies of TikTok livestream operations and real-time audience engagement Influencer & PR Strategy: Master the art of pitching, managing and maintaining professional relationships with influencers and partners AI Marketing Tools: Learn how to supercharge your workflow, speed up production, and unlock creativity using generative AI tools Hands-on Impact: Watch your ideas come to life with ownership over real-world marketing and branding campaigns
