Sales Engineer (Industrial Automation/ East)

Responsibilities

• Support forbusiness development activities. Build networks, cultivate businessrelationships with customers and business partners, to identify businessopportunities in Singapore and ASEAN region.
• Support SalesManager to develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existingmarkets, acquiring new customers and establishing relationships.
• Conducts duediligence and make proposals for prospective business partners and solutions.
• Conduct marketresearch and relevant analysis (example 3C) to have a better grasp on marketand for decision-making purposes.
• Conduct needsanalysis to understand customers' challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Assist in managingthe entire sales cycle, including proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation,and contract finalization.
• Providing pre-salestechnical support/expertise to assist sales effort
• Deliver in-depthpresentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• On site support forrobotic or automation project deployment.
• Support customersfor after-sales activities.
• Provides technicaldirection for system repair and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degreeor Professional Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics and/orBusiness or equivalent.
• With 2-4 years ofsales/business development experience, preferably in robotics, automation, orindustrial solutions.
• Strong understanding of robotic applications (e.g.,mobile robots, robotic arms, automation integration).
• Technical acumenwith the ability to bridge client needs and engineering solutions.
