Human Resources Intern (Part-Time) Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, and HR operations. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple HR functions and is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Work Schedule : 20 hours per week Location : on-site in Milpitas, CA Core Duties: Recruitment & Interview Coordination Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Communicate with candidates and management throughout the recruitment process Assist with candidate tracking and recruitment administration Support pre-employment activities, including background checks and employment documentation Onboarding & New Hire Support Prepare onboarding materials and required employment documents Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation sessions Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees HR Administration Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding Assist with HR documentation, filing, and record retention Respond to routine employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team
