Development of competitive and consistent pricing for global regional tenders - Clarify service requirements, and obtain relevant inputs, e.g. shipping profile, customer strategy, target prices, RFQ response guidelines etc. - Support conversations regarding the pricing strategy for each tender involved, providing and solid justification of the approach to follow with the sales owners. - Analyse profitability and rate levels for existing and potential business and pricing, benchmarking aganist competition and DHL pricing for other customers. - Ensure "deep dive" cost analysis to determine customer-specific costs to serve, e.g. special picku, customer implants, dedicated linehaul, B2C service, value-added services etc. - Prepare consolidated prices in rate card formats and customer/ RFQ templates 2. Performance of global and regional customer pricing - Perform analysis of bids won/lost, propose recommendations - Conduct post-implementation reviews of rate implementation. - Preparation of relevant reports/ scorecards
