Responsibilities
- Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment. Record shipment data, including weight and dimensions.
- Receive and unpack materials/supplies.
- Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes.
- Break down excess packaging material and sort for disposal (recycling or trash).
- Prepare shipments for return to vendors or delivery to the recipient.
- Performs inventory, staging, packing, storage, and shipping of electronic equipment and related material.
- Operates material handling equipment.
- Utilization of the computer-based inventory and bar-coding system for entry, identification, and tracking of material.
- Assists in receiving assets into the CMPro database for inventory purposes.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient at utilizing operational inventory management software tools to verify existing inventory levels and generate accurate reports.
- They will also automate logistic reporting as necessary using these software suites to ensure efficient and real-time inventory monitoring.
