Position Title: Assistant Professor for Management and Entrepreneurship Appointment Type: Faculty Job Description: Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University invites applications for a tenure-eligible Assistant Professor position in the fields of Organizational Behavior (OB)/Human Resources (HR) or Entrepreneurship, to begin August 2027. The selected candidate will be expected to publish high-impact research in top-tier Management and/or Entrepreneurship journals. New hires typically teach an undergraduate course in their respective field (OB/HR or Entrepreneurship) in their first years (usually a single prep) and can later teach courses in the MBA or PhD programs. This full-time faculty position is on campus and in person. Required Minimum Qualifications: PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, or related field prior to starting the position. Demonstrated ability to produce strong scholarly research. Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduates. Must meet the college's standards to be Scholarly Academic Qualified under AACSB Accreditation standards.
