Position Overview The Paraplanner is a core member of our team-supporting client relationships, preparing financial deliverables, coordinating follow‑through, and ensuring every interaction is elevated and service‑focused. This role combines detail‑oriented execution with the ability to recognize big‑picture opportunities, enhance client confidence, and support the growth of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Client Experience & Relationship Support
  • Create positive, supportive interactions that leave clients feeling understood, confident, clear, and well cared for .
  • Participate in client meetings, lead follow‑up communication, and coordinate internal task delegation.
  • Maintain high client service standards with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Identify explicit client needs as well as unanticipated opportunities to deepen client relationships.
  • Recognize and act on sales growth opportunities that arise organically within service interactions.
  • Provide exceptional service across all communication channels (in‑person, virtual, phone, email).
  • Operational & Advisory Support
  • Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, projections, and meeting materials.
  • Enter trades, orders, and rebalances as requested by the advisor.
  • Ensure accuracy of all client documentation; follow through on processing and completion.
  • Manage the post‑meeting workflow, including tracking tasks, coordinating team actions, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Prepare internal business summary reports and client-specific reporting as needed.
  • Maintain organized and compliant records using CRM technology.
  • Analyze account information, research issues, and resolve questions or concerns promptly.

  • Actively participate in ongoing education, training, and cross‑training opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications
  • SIE required
  • Series 7 & 66 preferred, or ability to obtain within specified timeframe
  • Insurance license preferred, or ability to obtain within specified timeframe
  • Experience: 5+ years of industry experience
