Preschool Teacher (Chinese Language)

Responsibilities

• Deliver Meaningful Mandarin Lessons
• Plan and implement age-appropriate, inquiry-based Chinese language lessons in alignment with the school's curriculum.
• Support Language Development
• Foster children's love for Mandarin through storytelling, music, and rich language experiences.
• Observe, Document & Report
• Track children's learning progress and development milestones using portfolios and progress updates.
• Build Positive Relationships
• Partner with families and team members to support holistic child development.
• Maintain a Safe, Inclusive Environment
• Create a classroom that is clean, secure, and welcoming to every child.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent
• ECDA Certified (L2)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant preschool teaching experience
• Strong command of Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Passionate, caring, and creative in engaging young learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
