Responsibilities

  • Inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Performs routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating reliably.
  • Locates and obtains parts needed for repairs and daily tasks.
  • Maintains clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Responds quickly to equipment issues to prevent downtime or safety risks.
  • Completes assigned work orders and communicates progress to leadership.
  • Assists other departments when needed and supports team members.
  • Follows all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions.
  • Possesses solid math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Provides required personal tools.
  • Willing to participate in ongoing training or apprenticeship programs.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Able to climb ladders and work in various positions.
  • Comfortable working around oils, grease, inks, and solvents.
  • Has good manual dexterity and 20/20 corrected vision.
  • Able to distinguish colors for inspection and troubleshooting.
  • Additional Information:
  • Compensation: $29.75 hourly plus shift differential
  • Work Schedule: 7:00pm-7:00am following a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off!)
