Responsibilities

  • Advance sustainability/ESG initiatives alignedwith DHL priorities.
  • Leadership & People
  • Lead, develop, and manage OE teams to deliverhigh performance.
  • Build capabilities aligned with DHL LeadershipAttributes and FIRST CHOICE mindset.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion(DEIB), safety, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations Excellence, continuous improvement, or project management, with at least 1-2 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience operating within a matrix organisational structure.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks (e.g., QHSE, ISO standards).
  • Certification or training in structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS); experience in deploying or managing advanced automation/robotics solutions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading large-scale programmes and complex project implementations, with strong leadership in driving team engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
