Responsibilities
- Color Management & Enhancement :
- Execute advanced color correction, grading, and enhancement using Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.
- Apply color profiling and calibration techniques to ensure accuracy across print and digital outputs.

- Ensure accurate color matching across multiple substrates (paper, plastic, labels, etc.) and printing processes (flexo, offset, digital).
- Maintain consistency across different production environments and regions.
- Standards & Documentation:
- Build and maintain internal color libraries (swatches, specifications, and guidelines).
- Define and continuously improve color and print standards, workflows, and best practices.

- Job Qualifications
Requirements
- Previous experience in color management, prepress, or print production (preferably in packaging or CPG).
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of printing technologies and processes (flexo, offset, digital, dry offset etc.).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and prepress tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, preflight software, Esko or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of substrates, inks, and print materials.
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting in print production.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
