Complex Deal Architecture: Lead end-to-end negotiation, customized commercial structuring, and deal closure with Tier 1 partners and digital disruptors (e.g., Eucalyptus/Juniper and MOSH in Australia, Tata 1mg in India, Kakao Healthcare in South Korea, and MICIN/Curon in Japan). Portfolio Lifecycle Scaling: Design plug-and-play partnership frameworks to rapidly scale validated commercial models across growth markets (e.g., expanding successful ANZ setups into Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia). Ensure ecosystem readiness for high-visibility upcoming launches, including the transition into online-focused oral formulations. Deepen collaboration with existing eHealth and online‑selling partners, ensuring strong performance management, commercial impact, and operational reliability. Cross-Functional Influence & Regional Network Governance: Unified Matrix Leadership: Serve as the primary regional connector across affiliates to align local general managers, business unit heads, and a newly unified regional Medical, Marketing, and Regulatory department behind a shared digital roadmap without direct line authority. Clinical Authority Integration: Champion the integration of global clinical milestones into non-branded partner educational pathways. Exclusivity Enforcement: Proactively implement and govern framework controls regarding partner rebate spend and digital marketing investments (DMI). Negotiate strict exclusivity for brand positioning within partners' corporate wellness programs, digital adherence modules, and virtual care platforms. Strategic GTM & Business Intelligence: Conduct market assessments to understand digital maturity, platform dynamics, and competitive behaviours across APAC. Identify selective, high‑impact partnership opportunities that complement regional priorities and support long‑term strategy.
