Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support senior management in evaluating growth opportunities, new business initiatives and strategic projects.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry studies to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in developing business cases and financial assessments for new initiatives and investments.
• Analyse business performance across brands and business units to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor key business metrics and prepare management reports and recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning exercises.
• Coordinate project activities and follow up on implementation progress.
• Prepare presentations, reports and proposal materials for management discussions and decision-making.
• Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree qualification with at least 3 years of working experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market landscape.
• Good financial acumen gained through commercial and operational experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates careful attention to detail and quality.
• High level of initiative and willingness to learn.
• Strong communications, engagement and presentation skills,
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
