Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project documentation, implementation plans, and operating procedures to support program sustainability.
  • Drive accountability for key milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Program Operations
  • Serve as a primary point of coordination among internal teams, external organizations, educational institutions, community partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate planning meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Develop communications, presentations, reports, and executive-ready materials.
  • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders while maintaining a positive participant experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships that support program success and future opportunities.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and maintain program tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting processes.
  • Monitor participation, outcomes, and effectiveness metrics.
  • Analyze feedback and data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare regular updates and recommendations for leadership.
  • Support evaluation efforts to ensure programs deliver measurable impact and align with organizational goals.
  • Background & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Manager, Talent Programs LA28 is seeking a strategic, highly organized, and collaborative Manager, Talent Programs to lead the implementation and operational management of enterprise talent initiatives that support organizational priorities and employee experiences throughout the LA28 journey. This role serves as the program management lead for a portfolio of talent programs and strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, tracking outcomes, and ensuring successful execution. The Manager, Talent Programs will translate strategy into action by overseeing program operations, supporting pilot initiatives, managing participant experiences, and helping scale talent programs as organizational needs evolve. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with exceptional organizational skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This position reports to the Vice President, Talent Management.
