Drafter Cum Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with designers, project managers, carpenters, and site teams
• Produce and update CAD drawings or assist engineers and designers to deliver precise technical documentation for projects
• Assist in cost estimation, quotation preparation, and tender documentation
• Perform quantity measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
• Handle project administration and documentation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in basic AutoCAD for producing and updating technical drawings
• Basic understanding of interior design principles and building regulations.
• Good communication and time management skills
• Singaporean/PR and Malaysian are welcome
