Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: Major Responsibilities Work plan is developed for the implementation and project activities completed according to plan The work plan in place which aligns with strategic priorities and priority areas identified by Project Implementing the project activities of the outputs in targeted areas by the guidance of supervisor-with the technical support from the officers of protection, WASH and monitoring & evaluation Select and train the community-based volunteers to provide awareness and MHPSS to the community member Ensure filed monitoring, reporting and accountability Collect data on the activity implementation by collaboration of M&E officers and volunteers Regular submission of implementation report on time Respond community feedback and complaint with the support of project team Carry out or engage tasks with good judgement and responsibly. Perform additional duties and assignments proactively By actively participating with manager in producing a relevant and jointly agreed development plan The plan will identify key areas which will assist in personal and professional development consistently with World Vision's strategic goals By demonstrating an understanding of and commitment to World Vision's Core Values in the approach to work and relationships - see Person Specification. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE Any bachelor's degree is essential and higher degree is preferable Extensive experience of training, presenting and facilitating protection issues and child related issues is essential Experience of working within an NGO environment preferred Good in English is preferred Experience in emergency response situations and able to work under pressure to deadlines and prioritize work effectively Regular field visit to targeted area Good knowledge of International HEA Standards such as CHS Knowledge of establishing and rehabilitating Temporary Learning Spaces (TLS) and well knowledge in education background preferred Training curriculum and training facilitation are preferred Team player and highly cooperative is essential Computer skill (MS Word, Excel) both in English and Myanmar Applicant Types Accepted:
