Growth & Retention Associate

About the role

This role supports marketing and growth initiatives across multiple brands, with a focus on campaign execution, customer intelligence, content management, and AI-driven process improvement. You will work across diverse channels including social media, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and growth campaigns across multiple brands
• Coordinate mall marketing activities, promotions, and customer acquisition initiatives
• Track campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor customer feedback from Google Reviews, CRM, delivery platforms, and social media
• Assist in preparing weekly Voice of Customer (VOC) reports
• Support content creation and publishing across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Monitor engagement and customer conversations
• Support Grab, Foodpanda, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada activities
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, and other emerging technologies
• Develop and implement at least two AI workflows within the first six months
• About you
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution
• Preferably less than 1 year of working experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working with data, technology, and AI tools
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
• Strong commercial mindset
• Passion for AI and digital transformation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Growth mindset and willingness to experiment
