- Outstanding listening, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information clearly.
- Strength in presenting data, project progress, and design concepts in a structured and compelling way.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- An understanding of the LEED certification process and sustainable design considerations for aviation infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements as they relate to aviation construction environments.
- The base salary range for this position is $154,700.00 to $205,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
