As a Planning Analyst, you control all product receipt and dispatch planning activities in coordination with the Terminal Management and the Customer Service Unit . You oversee product inventories and ensure that all information is updated in the Company's system through the timely registration of transactions . You apply this to all receipt, storage, and dispatch operations, and are responsible for the management and control of controlled product movements . What do we offer you? What do we expect from you as a Planning Analyst? Professional degree in any branch of engineering . A minimum of three year of experience in the areas of operations, inventories, or related fields, preferably in the national chemical industry and port operations . Advanced knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel . Preferably with basic knowledge in customs procedures, inventory management, and foreign trade . Good command of the English language (Speaking, reading, and writing) . What does your day look like? As a Planning Analyst, you report to the Operations & Planning Manager . Your daily activities revolve around ensuring the efficiency and compliance of product movements, inventory control, and operational planning . You interact with all areas of the company internally, and externally with Inspectors, Captains or Chief Officers of Vessels, Drivers, port authorities, surveyors, contractors, auditing firms, and suppliers . Your Core Responsibilities Are Inventory Management: Maintain inventory control, dispatch, and receipt systems updated with relevant information for subsequent monitoring . Update inventories through the timely registration of RTT (Road Tanker Truck) loading and unloading . Operational Control: Control the weighing of RTTs and verify weights against client requirements . Verify loading and unloading orders for RTTs . Control and plan the entry of RTTs to the terminal, efficiently managing operational resources and times to meet client expectations . Reporting and Compliance: Elaborate statistical reports on received products and dispatched vehicles for the Port Superintendence and internal statistical reports (Monthly) . Elaborate inventory statistics and KPI analysis . Manage the information system for the control of chemical substances and products (SICOQ) (Controlled Products) . Planning: Plan the receipt of ships and/or barges, managing available infrastructure and optimizing tank and line capacities . SHEQ Responsibilities (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality): Report accidents or incidents at work . Report safety, environmental, and health incidents using various software programs .
