About the role

Support the development of AI Agents for Engineering use cases using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, and LangChain framework. Understand core components of AI Agent architecture, including prompt design, tool integration, memory management, orchestration, and evaluation of responses. Design and implement data ingestion pipelines, connecting to enterprise data sources (e.g., SharePoint, databases, APIs) to enable intelligent retrieval and summarization. Support the development of agent workflows for engineering processes (e.g., document analysis, test report summarization, problem-solving support such as 8D). Assist in building and integrating AI capabilities into existing platforms (e.g., Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Power Platform, DevOps). Conduct testing, evaluation, and performance measurement of AI agents (accuracy, latency, completeness of answers), and document results. Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and data experts to continuously improve agent capabilities and usability. Undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields. Strong background in programming and computational problem solving (preferably Python). Basic understanding or experience (academic projects acceptable) in AI/ML, NLP, or chatbot/agent development. Familiarity with Python frameworks (e.g., LangChain), REST APIs, or Microsoft platforms (Power Platform, Azure) is a plus. Strong interest in AI Agent technologies, Generative AI, and applied engineering use cases. Willingness to learn new technologies, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Good communication skills in English and ability to work in an international team environment.
