About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic Graduate Mechanical Engineers to join our teams in Dublin, Germany, Portugal, Italy & Finland. You will and gain hands-on experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems on large-scale projects. This role offers exposure to all aspects of mechanical engineering within the construction industry, including HVAC, piping, and building services.. Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordination of mechanical works on site. Review and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Support site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with standards. Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and mechanical codes. Maintain accurate documentation, including test reports and quality records. Assist in commissioning activities and troubleshooting mechanical systems. Contribute to risk assessments and method statements for mechanical works. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. Knowledge of mechanical systems and building services. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or mechanical design software is an advantage. Commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
