Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tendering process, attending tender briefing, site walk, prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing
• Source quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers
• Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration
• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements
• Preparation of budgets and keep track of project expenditures
• Prepareand submit monthly progress claim
• Negotiate and award sub-contracts
• Process subcontractor claims and contractual payment
• Prepareand manage variation orders with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
• Attend project meetings and tender interviews
• Prepare materials samples for approval

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.
• Minimum 6 years of experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works
• Proactive,meticulous and conscientious
• Proficientin using Microsoft Office (Excel)
