On-target earnings range from $46,000 to $70,000+ annually (comprising an $18+ hourly base + uncapped commissions ). Balanced Schedule: A stable 40-hour-per-week schedule ( including Saturdays and select evenings) with a predictable, recurring day off during the week. Core Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents Lease market-rate apartments according to Fair Housing standards Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings Process rental applications quickly and accurately Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service during the move-in process Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy Monitor listing postings and advertisements Escalate resident concerns to the Property Manager Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate Successful Candidate Profile Knowledge & Experience General knowledge of multifamily leasing principles, including Fair Housing 1+ year of experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or hospitality Experience with property management and leasing software (preferred) High school diploma Work Style Quickly connects and builds relationships Enthusiastically persuades and motivates others Motivated by achieving goals and results Self-confident & self-motivating Passionate about improving people's lives and communities Attentive to details Other Requirements Frequent travel between Shaker Heights and Edgewater Occasional travel to Pittsburgh Insured vehicle and valid driver's license Able to use a computer for a full workday
