We are looking for a talented Validation Fulfillment Associate to join our growing global team at Sectigo. The Validation Fulfillment Associate role is an entry level position in the cybersecurity public key infrastructure (PKI) industry. This individual supports and works closely with validation specialists and technical support agents to process certificate installation on hardware tokens and shipping to customers. Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role: Install security certificates orders on hardware tokens according to industry and company compliance requirements. Maintain quality assurance over the workflow process. Note inventory levels and alert supervisor to potential issues Resolve customer shipping issues and escalate cases when appropriate. Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs. More information about this role: This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Scottsdale office 5 days a week. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Manager, Validation. The targeted compensation package for this role is between USD 42,000 and 44,000, subject upon internal equity and years of experience. We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs and market trends. Education: Bachelor's degree in business and/or technical related field or equivalent experience is strongly recommended.
