About the role
The CRM/PRM (Partner Relationship Management) Support Engineer will work as part of the IT Digital Platforms CRM team to support and maintain Logitech's Global Partner Portal and the associated Salesforce Sales Cloud application for the B2B Sales & Marketing organization. In this role you will: Manage the day to day IT support for Logitech's Global Partner portal - act as the "expert" support for the Channel Operations team that handles user issues Manage the enhancement requests JIRA queue and work as the Business Analyst on ongoing and future global partner portal projects Partner with WW IT, Sales, Operations, Finance & Marketing teams to extract and document business and technical requirements, lead design sessions, and organize training, user acceptance testing and delivery efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share information, build consensus, and help ensure work aligns with internal strategic priorities and achieves common goals Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the globe and at all levels of the organization. Build positive worki ng relationships, drive strong team engagement and effectively manage escalations Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the business's current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective Serve as consultant to i nternal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results Should be passionate about leveraging AI and automation to redefine our landscape, transitioning from a standard administrator into an expert AI operator within a three-year horizon. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: 5+ years in the IT Industry, working on CRM/ PRM projects 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce.com Admin & Sales Cloud certified Experience with PRM/ Channel Incentive tools such as Impartner, 360 Insights etc. Expertise with business processes around Marketing, Sales & Channel Partner management, Channel Incentive Management Solid understanding of best practices in CRM usage and ability to bring a consulting approach to help business solve issues and challenges Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies. Agile/PMI /PMP /CAPM Certification a plus Proven administrator and configurator skills with Sales Cloud Must be up to date with all the Salesforce releases and new functionalities within Salesforce Excellent verbal, active listening and written communications skills along with demonstrated facilitation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with a diversely distributed global IT and business team members In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include: Basic understanding of Salesforce.com programming and Integration components (eg.
