- Support the Strategy & Partnership team with administration duties and event and project management. This would include data entry for partner database, managing event guest lists as well as collating feedback for data insights.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Arts and Social Sciences; Humanities, Business Management or other relevant disciplines
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in arts & culture or National Education/Total Defence-related agencies;
- Good analytical, communication and inter-personal skills, event & project management;

- Able to multi-task and handle tight deadlines and open to work flexible hours when required;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Good knowledge and application of MS Office applications, especially Powerpoint and Excel;
- Experience in project and event management; knowledge of data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) would be an advantage; and
- Passion in Singapore Story, National Education, Total Defence & interest in current affairs
