Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle hiring processes from job posting, interviewing, to onboarding for HQ and retail store positions

  • Monitor and update HR policies, especially compensation and benefits, to maintain competitiveness and legal compliance
  • Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders on HR matters including onboarding, offboarding, compensation, performance management, and staff deployment
  • Partner with Operations Manager to support manpower planning and budgeting for all retail stores
  • Manage ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as required to support organizational goals
