We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team within Corporate Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience in SAP, and familiarity with financial systems. What You'll Do for Us Leading and driving the execution of the month, quarter, and year-end accounting close process for cash investment and captive insurance. Reviewing the cash flow statement and preparing cash flow forecasting and providing insightful analysis of actuals vs. forecast. Partnering with the field to ensure correct cash flow reporting for activity. Reviewing monthly general ledger postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and narrative analysis for cash investment related accounts. Reviewing the Company's 10-K and 10-Q disclosures for Investments and Fair Value Measurements. Collaborating closely on strategic cash planning, investment initiatives and advising on accounting treatment. Partnering with teams on the global interest income and cash flow forecasting to deliver actionable insights to finance leadership. Preparing supplemental reports, information, and documentation as required for internal and external auditors and the Tax Department. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Chartered Accountant, CPA, or MBA preferred. 5+ years in corporate Finance with experience in a global organization. Complex financial analysis: the ability to analyze financial data. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Strong analytical capability, including the ability to structure and prepare both quantitative and qualitative analyses to support and guide decision-making. Control Environment: ability to assess current controls to ensure that assets are safeguarded and that transactions are authorized, recorded, and reported.
