Location: Krakow Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old The Capital Partners - Change Management Project Manager will be responsible for supporting project management on projects falling under the Change Management discipline. You will initiate, organize, and complete oversight for small, medium, and large sized projects that address business goals and needs. You will be responsible for all phases of the project life cycle related to the project management role in accordance with SDLC standards and best practices. You may also assist with production support of Applications managed by CP Change Management, including Business Process Management applications and Customer Relationship Management applications. You will coordinate the project team throughout the project lifecycle including planning, scoping, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. You will coordinate and document project meetings, manage project plans, complete required project reporting, maintain project documentation, and support the use of project management tools. You will contribute towards user acceptance test planning and execute user acceptance testing as needed. Finally, you will coordinate and oversee successful implementation of the projects and product roll outs. Some of your key responsibilities include: The Capital Partners - Change Management Project Manager is results-oriented and understands the impact of the project on the organization as a whole. You will primarily support U.S. based projects and stakeholders. You'll be managing project's lifecycle, organizing the workflow and ensuring projects meet goals within scope and time. Project Management and Execution Define project scope and oversee project planning Lead projects. Contribute towards a plan for the project, including task assignments, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths. Work with project participants to prioritize deliverables and manage resources Ensure thorough testing, including user acceptance testing Track and organize open items Data Collection & Documentation Communicate defects to Systems developers. Track delivery dates for defect fixes and maintain status reporting. Escalate appropriately. Document Change Requests Contribute towards project reporting on project status Maintain auditable files centrally associated with project Act as the primary point of escalation for all issues related to project management Create production check out plans and contribute towards project launch materials Execute SDLC documentation Analysis Identify key issues and work with project team to understand and document solutions Analyze tasks to determine appropriate target and actual delivery dates Work with subject matter experts to understand requirements and how those requirements will impact the project timeline Work with technology experts to ensure appropriate design and development of requirements Communication Plan meetings, prepare materials, and lead or participate in meetings with business users and sponsors, systems groups, vendors and clients Prepare project status reporting and other project communications for internal and external stakeholders as needed Communicate professionally and constructively to manage collaboration across project participants
