Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HRIS projects, from business requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Job Description: Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead and support strategic Workday initiatives across the organization, with a primary focus on Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking. The role will play a critical part in supporting and evolving our recently implemented Workday Payroll solution across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, ensuring system stability, continuous improvement, and effective operational support for our North American businesses. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external implementation and support partners, fostering strong collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of business objectives. Beyond project delivery, this position will contribute to the ongoing transformation of HR Operations through process optimization, standardization, and the adoption of innovative technologies. A key objective of the HRIS function is to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and robotic process solutions to improve efficiency, enhance employee experience, and reduce manual effort across HR and payroll processes. Strong stakeholder management skills, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to build trusted relationships with HR, Payroll, and external partners are critical for success in this role.
