Sunset Grill - Supervisor - FT

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred. Must adhere to policies and procedures.
• This position requires multi-tasking with heavy emphasis on providing detailed, organized management of operational functions while being capable or working in an atmosphere where numerous interruptions may occur.
• This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive
• noise.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger,
• handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close,
• distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
• Frequent lifting/carrying of weights over 25 pounds, reaching, stooping, squatting and bending.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, the incumbent assists the Restaurant/Outlet Manager in implementing all established procedures for the Sunset Grill. Responsible for directing staff to create a memorable guest experience. Ensures that all set-up duties are completed in a proper and timely manner, interacts with guests and assists with all duties when needed. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
