Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for all partner communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue. Also responsible for communicating and resolving conflicts and/ or issues with clients, employees, etc. of such handled accounts. Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Manager or if any problems that may arise. Accountable for the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing account. Work closely with the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status thus identifying potential issues and/or opportunities. Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable. Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, Communicate the partner's goals and represent the latter's interests to Sun Life . Provide regular two-way communication between the partner/ client and department, to provide strong representation and set proper partner/client expectations. Report to the Affinity Partnerships Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a daily basis. Regular monitoring and review production performance of existing accounts, for those that are newly installed and old accounts. Correspondence generation for such accounts such as review letters, termination letters, congratulatory letters, among others. Set appointments and conduct of Account Visits. Work hand-in-hand with other Affinity Partnerships teammates, specifically the Manager, to find leads for new business and maintain positive relationships with current clients. Perform other duties that maybe assigned by superior from time to time.
