This position will deliver/manage/support evidence-based practices programming. It will provide oversight to jobs, programming, activities and services as needed to aid in the rehabilitative process. This position is to involve cadets in programs and activities which will reduce idleness, improve self-esteem, encourage teamwork and add to the overall treatment. This employee keeps all files updated, i.e., monthly mentor assessments, community service, monthly stipends records, etc. The Administrative Specialist I work includes the use of office automation equipment and related technology.
