We're looking for a Manager, Mid-Enterprise Sales Engineering to lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers supporting our Mid-Enterprise business. Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop the Team
- Hire, coach, and develop Mid-Enterprise Sales Engineers. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer focus.
- Drive Technical Sales Excellence
- Establish best practices for discovery, demos, proof-of-value engagements, and technical deal strategy. Coach the team through complex opportunities and competitive situations.
- Partner with Sales Leadership
- Work closely with Sales leaders to drive pipeline progression, improve win rates, and support strategic customer engagements.
- Build Scalable Processes
- Develop onboarding, playbooks, and repeatable sales engineering motions that enable the team to scale effectively.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Enablement to improve customer outcomes and bring field feedback into the business.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within cybersecurity
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing customer-facing technical teams
- Experience supporting Mid-Market, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise sales motions
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including vulnerability management, identity, cloud security, and security operations
- Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing complex technical sales cycles and proof-of-value engagements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Located in U.S. EST or CST Time Zone
