Job Overview The Administrative Assistant (AA) IV provides administrative support to an individual, team, department, or group in the organization. The AA collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software. The AA prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule and maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records. In addition, the AA screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging. Lastly, the AA schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities as well as manages expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, and other routine processes. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. AA degree is highly preferred. A minimum of 6 years of experience in an office environment performing a similar level of work is required. Prior health care experience preferred. Being able to speak, read, and write in English, Spanish, and Chinese is strongly preferred.
