Take charge of global marketing for Lufthansa Group Airlines in APAC! As Head of Global Marketing , you'll drive the alignment and execution of B2B and B2C strategies, lead impactful campaigns, and collaborate closely with commercial teams to achieve business goals. Guide a dynamic team of 16 across the region and shape Lufthansa Group's market presence. Tasks The Head of Global Marketing APAC is responsible for: Develop APAC B2C and B2B marketing strategies, create local content, implement activities, and optimize performance Define a targeted, personalized, customer-centric B2B/B2C content strategy, including execution and policy guidelines Adapt and implement global B2B/B2C marketing strategies to fit local needs while ensuring alignment with Lufthansa Group airlines in APAC Oversee marketing KPIs, set intelligence standards, and evaluate strategies Define 360° marketing strategies, including campaigns, sponsorships, partnerships, social media, and community engagement Lead a team of 4 direct reports and 16 functional team members across APAC Drive a data-driven, KPI-focused, customer-oriented marketing culture * Performs all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.
