Retail Sales Associate(Islandwise. Basic + Comms)

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage walk-in customers to promote health supplements.
• Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients in a clear and friendly manner.
• Offer basic health advice and make product recommendations tailored to customers' needs.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked product display in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales or marketing team.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and new product launches.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Additional Information

Promoter (Healthcare Vitamins & Supplements) Location: Islandwide Working Hours: 5 days per week including both weekends. Up to 44 hours per week. Shift Timing: 11am - 9pm (Subjected to changes) Salary: Basic $2600 - $3000 + Monthly Commission & Bonus
