Training Specialist

About the role

You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Provost Marshall Office/Marine Corps Police Department of MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Teaching, training, researching, making presentations, lecturing, testing, and other instructional methods; Determining objectives and strategies; Coordinating with other parts of an organization to accomplish goals; Monitoring and evaluating the progress and outcomes for learners; AND Interpreting training requirements and curriculum needs and independently adapting training to fit the needs of the learner.
