RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Lead Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) / Project Manager | Technical Training and Development Division (TTDV) Instructional Design Staff Augmentation [WMATA0009008] Oversee instructional systems design for all WMATA TTDV training programs; manage project timelines, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure curriculum alignment with adult learning principles, evaluate training effectiveness, and lead quality assurance for deliverables.. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee Instructional Design Activities: Lead the end-to-end instructional design process, ensuring that all training materials are grounded in adult learning theory and aligned with Metro's requirements and technical competencies. Ensure Alignment with Learning Objectives: Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define clear, measurable learning objectives and ensure all instructional content supports desired performance outcomes. Manage Project Timelines and Milestones: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress against key milestones, and address risks or delays to ensure timely delivery of training products.
