Job Title: Manager, FP&A Company: Prologis A day in the life Prologis is seeking a FP&A Manager within the Mexico Fund Management team. The candidate will work closely with the finance team (CFO, IR, Capital Markets, among others) as well as other key internal stakeholders to assist in the day-to-day operations of Prologis-managed funds in Mexico. Key responsibilities include: Ensure all models are aligned with FP&A projections and be proactive on communicating updates and identifying potential risks to business plan Assist in the preparation of internal and external reporting packages on quarterly basis, including analysis of fund performance, leasing, portfolio and credit metrics Compile and review the Fund's quarterly investor reporting packages, including portfolio operational updates and review the quarterly NAV calculation Run different modeling scenarios when needed due to transactions. Prepare internal reporting and quarterly business updates Review and if needed prepare any compliance documents that are required from treasury or capital markets. Review investment memos that comply with the internal metrics and scenarios. Support the investor relations and capital markets teams with information, models or anything that is needed from FP&A, such as model for the Rating Agencies. Building blocks for success 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in FP&A departments and desirable in real estate and / or financial services industries Analytical skills: attention to detail and ability to analyze financial information without losing the overall picture; ability to perform calculations such as levered and unlevered IRR, NPV, fund return calculations, and various other financial returns and metrics, quickly, consistently and accurately Understanding of financial / accounting concepts: working with both the Fund Controller and with the Treasury and Capital Markets teams, calculating and projecting sources and uses and cash flow distributions Real estate interest: working knowledge of the Mexico real estate markets and understanding of value drivers Hands-on, self-starter mentality: manage and multitask various ad hoc requests from the business, in a proactive and practical fashion Self-development: curious mindset, awareness and ability for self-assessment, openness to feedback from manager, peers and other relevant stakeholders Confidentiality: absolutely trustworthy treating all information with confidentiality Strong Interpersonal and communication skills: ability to quickly summarize / communicate the relevant aspects of potential transactions; ability to communicate extensively with peers, management and third parties Familiarity with and understanding of financial and accounting concepts and practices Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint a must. Preferred: Bachelor´s degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent. Advance English both written and in speaking indispensable. Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.
