Financial Controller (Real Estate)

About the role

We are partnering with a growing regional platform to appoint a commercially minded Financial Controller based in Singapore. This is a leadership role overseeing the full spectrum of finance operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions across ASEAN. The position covers financial reporting, controllership, cash flow management, budgeting, tax, audit, compliance, and finance transformation initiatives within a fast-evolving business environment. The ideal candidate will bring 8-15 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to regional operations, multi-entity structures, and hands-on finance leadership. Experience within real estate, fund management, or property-related sectors would be highly advantageous. Key areas of focus include: - Financial reporting and consolidation - Cash flow and liquidity management - Budgeting and forecasting - Tax, audit, and regulatory compliance - Finance process improvement and transformation - Business partnering with senior stakeholders across the region This opportunity is ideal for a proactive and solutions-driven finance leader who enjoys operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining strong governance and financial discipline.
