Job Description Drive stabilisation and continuous improvement across end-to-end O2C processes Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses, implementing corrective actions Lead execution of transformation initiatives including automation and system enhancements Strengthen financial controls across billing, receivables, credit management, and cash application Partner with shared services and business teams to improve process discipline and service delivery Define and track key KPIs (e.g. DSO, cash application rates, billing accuracy) and drive performance improvements Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed scalable and standardised processes The Successful Applicant Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 10+ years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or Finance Operations Strong end-to-end O2C expertise including billing, collections, and cash application Proven experience driving process improvement, stabilisation, or transformation initiatives Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP FI/SD) Solid understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and audit requirements Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams Analytical, structured thinker with a track record of delivering sustainable solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
