Requirements

• 5+ years of senior operations management experience
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and environmental regulations
• Proven leadership, team development, and performance management experience
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics

We are seeking a leader who can provide tactical and operational leadership for a regulated medical waste facility, ensuring safe and efficient operation of autoclave systems and supporting infrastructure. This role is accountable for people leadership, process performance, metrics, and resource planning across plant functions within the Business Unit. We're on a mission to make healthcare safer.
