You will be the trusted connection between their exciting night on the floor and the monetary transactions that keep the fun going-handling every interaction with precision, professionalism, and a personal touch that makes guests feel valued and appreciated. THE STARTING RATE : $15.75 an hour plus tips THE SCHEDULE: Grave Shift | Full Time 10:00pm (earliest) - 7:30am (latest) Scheduled in 8-hour shifts between the above-listed time frame Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on the business needs THE DAY-TO-DAY: Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to enhance their experience Process monetary transactions with speed and accuracy-exchanging cash for table game chips, redeeming chips for cash, and ensuring every detail is correct Protect the integrity of every transaction while maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanor Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns with a smile, and make every interaction a positive one THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Brings at least 1+ years of prior relevant work experience in high-volume cash handling experience Holds a high school diploma or GED Takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
