What your day-to-day will look like Validate and review onboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Register new employees in payroll and other HR systems. Ensure effective communication and alignment with HR partner teams regarding new hires and employee movements. Coordinate and support all administrative onboarding activities. Prepare and distribute onboarding kits for new employees. Serve as the main point of contact for new hires throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Process employee data changes within the payroll system, including: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of employee records across corporate systems. Provide support and respond to inquiries related to personnel administration, onboarding, payroll, and employee movements. Support employees and internal stakeholders, including EBANX teams, ensuring a high-quality and timely service experience. Assist with internal audits and controls related to personnel administration processes. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the area. What you need to shine in this role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields (completed or currently in progress). English proficiency will be considered a plus. Strong proactive mindset, communication skills, and interpersonal relationship abilities.
