Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production lines during night shift operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and production issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Assist in equipment setup, validation, and process improvement activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure compliance with approved process parameters.
• Support quality improvement initiatives by identifying and resolving equipment-related issues.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, work instructions, and 5S practices.
• Communicate equipment status and unresolved issues during shift handovers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or manufacturing support.
• Experience in SMT, automation, or electronics manufacturing is preferred.
• Technical Skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and perform maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics is an advantage.
• Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
