Responsibilities
- Voucher Reimbursement Operations
- Manage end-to-end tenant reimbursement processes through the Tenant Admin Portal
- Review and validate reimbursement submissions against system-generated reports

- Escalate unresolved issues for further investigation when required
- Passenger Enquiry Management
- Handle passenger enquiries received through various channels, including email, chatbot, and support platforms

- Verify transaction data and identify discrepancies for investigation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and prepare supporting documentation for finance closure
- Post-Campaign Reporting
- Consolidate campaign data and operational records
- Track key campaign metrics, including redemption rates, reimbursement totals, and enquiry volumes
- Assist in preparing management reports and presentation materials
- Ad-hoc Support
- Undertake additional operational and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in any relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, customer service, finance administration, or related fields
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in campaign operations, reconciliation, reporting, or customer support will be an advantage
- Able to commit to the full contract duration
