Account Specialist, Retail

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a highly motivated and data driven Account Specialist to join our growing team.
• As an Account Specialist , you'll play a key role in maximize our partners performance on the Wolt platform. You'll focus on building strong relationships, providing top tier client experience, and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Day-to-day in this role you'll:
• Partner growth - drive the commercial growth of existing retail partners;
• Portfolio management - oversee a portfolio of retail partners, ensuring value creation across all stakeholders: partners, customers, couriers and Wolt;
• Performance optimization - use data insights to identify opportunities for partners, propose tailored campaigns and provide high level consultation to boost results;
• Relationship building - act as the key contact for appointed accounts, maintaining strong communication and supporting expansion opportunities;
• Cross-functional collaboration - ensure smooth communication across functions to align goals and optimize partner performance.
• Our humble expectations
• 2-3 years of experience in account development, retail operations, sales; experience in e-commerce or marketplace is a plus;
• Analytical thinking - strategic mindset combined with strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions at scale;
• Project management - skilled in stakeholder management and process implementation;
• Ownership - proactive, structured and detail - oriented and a "can do" attitude;
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English;
